Access to consultants for people with Multiple Sclerosis

A small group of patients living with MS identified problems with getting access to consultants. The Royal Berkshire Hospital have looked into this issue and have stated they are reviewing letters sent to patients to give clear information, and will pilot the pager scheme in the Outpatient Department.

Reading LINk would like to know if you find the system user friendly and responsive? Have you had any problems with cancellation of eye appointments? Have you had any difficulty with the call back system to reschedule appointments?
